Problems with Feedburner?
Posted on April 20, 2007 by docartemis
My podcast goes through Feedburner™ and there seems to be something wrong. So if you haven’t gotten episode 10 in iTunes™, you may want to download it directly .

Hi Don,
Thanks for commenting.
I do not know what the problem was, but it seems to have been resolved. I got a quick response from Matt Shobe in Feedburner™ support. At first, he didn’t realize that my show notes (where you posted) are a separate feed from my podcast feed on Libsyn.
When it wasn’t working I was not seeing my podcast in iTunes™, but I knew the problem was in my Feedburner feed, because my Feed Aggregator (NetNewsWire™) was updating the Libsyn feed properly, while nothing was appearing for the Feedburner feed.
Matt said he thinks there was a connection problem between Feedburner and Libsyn, but fortunately it seems to have been resolved. What upset me was that I worked very hard to get my podcast up on schedule (Thursday) but my subscribers won’t see it until today.
I hope you enjoy the podcast.
I’ve just downloaded it, and it works fine!
Francesca
The Feedburner problem was fixed on Friday, but it was very frustrating because I worked very hard to get the episode out on schedule (Thursday) and then it didn’t appear in iTunes until Friday.
